Booking & Salon Policies

All prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on the style and length of hair.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours (2 days) notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50%–100% of the service cost.

Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided; after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients.

Appointment confirmations will be sent via text or email, so please ensure your contact information is accurate.

Due to limited space, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced.
